Technical support

Technical support is available around the clock by email, or by phone from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. eastern time, Monday to Friday.

Domain name registration or transfer

The customer always remains the legal owner of his domain name, even if it was register by Morag.Com inc..

Subscription period

Hosting subscription period is12 months. Fees must be paid in advance. Renewal notice (invoice) is sent to the customer via email 3 to 5 weeks before the end of each period and must be paid in full before expiration date of subscription. An over due account for more than 7 days will be automatically deactivated. A fee of 30$ will be billed for reactivation of an account. Any hosting subscription deactivated for more than 21 days will be definitively closed, without possibility of reactivation.
Additional fees for optional services or extra bandwidth usage are charged at the same time as regular billing, unless otherwise stated.

Refund policy

Domain Name Registration fees are not refundable. We will refund hosting fees to any customer who wishes to cancel his subscription. We must receive the notice of cancellation in writing, before the end of a monthly period, in order to avoid charges for the next month. Service start date is considered the date the setup information is sent to the client.

Web content and customer liability

Customer is sole responsible for site content and site backup.
Unlawful usage of resources is strictly prohibited. Transmission, storage, or display of any information, data or material in violation of the law is strictly forbidden. Example of unauthorized content or links:
• Pirated software
• Programs or files belonging to others
• Warez sites
• Mp3

What's more, adult web site, web site that can be armful to our operations or reputation cannot be hosted by Morag.Com inc.

Morag.Com inc. will be sole judge of what constitute a violation of these dispositions, and retains the rights to remove any offending pages at any time.

Customer also agree:
• not to get involved in the transmission of "junk mail", "chain letters", or unsolicited mass mailing or "spamming",
• not to post promotional material in news groups.

System resources usage

Any customer that uses excessive system resources will be invited to reduce its activity or to change provider.
Customer can install cgi scripts at will. We reserve the rights to remove any script or program that can affect normal system operation, like persistent connections or scripts in loop.

Banner exchange site

Web sites designed for banner exchange are not compatible with our system structure. Banner exchange web sites are prohibited and will be removed.

File uploads

Primary activity of any web site cannot be file upload. File upload is allowed if it doesn't exceed 20% of site monthly traffic.

Chat and IRC

Web sites using Chat or IRC connections use important system resources and therefor are not allowed on our servers.

Unsolicited emails (SPAM)

Use of server resources to send unsolicited emails is strictly prohibited. Morag.Com inc. servers cannot be the source, relay or destination of SPAM. You cannot send any unsolicited email aiming at a domain name or an IP hosted on Morag.Com inc. servers.
Violation of this disposition will result in immediate cancellation without refund. Morag.Com inc. will be sole judge of what constitute a violation of this disposition.

Server abuse

Any attempt to cause damage at any server or any customer of Morag.Com inc. will result in immediate cancellation of service without refund.

End of service

Customer can cancel subscription any time with refund for unused months. Domain name registration fees are not refundable.
We reserve the rights to cancel any subscription in violation of our terms & conditions without refund. We reserve the rights to refuse or cancel service to anyone at our discretion.

Limited responsibility of Morag.Com inc.

Morag.Com inc. do everything possible to ensure the highest level of quality service to its customers. However, products and services are delivered "as-is", with their possible failures, and without any warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
Morag.Com inc. disclaims any liability to any party for any loss or damage caused by actions or omissions on his part or by external circumstances. Morag.Com inc. disclaims any liability to any party for any direct, indirect, special or other consequential damages for the use or the impossibility to use the products and services , including, without limitation, any lost profits, business interruption, loss of programs or other data or otherwise, even if we are expressly advised of the possibility of such damages.
